ABOUT Jolly Buoy Island

Jolly Buoy Island is located in the South Andaman at a distance of 30 Kms from Port Blair and famous for under water corals, pristine clear beach, amazing marine life and Snorkeling. Jolly Buoy is a part of the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park and connect by ferry from Wandoor. The Journey by boat is approx 45 Minutes from Wandoor beach. The Wandoor Beach is around 30 Km from Port Blair City Centre which takes one hour drive.

Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park is maintain and Protected by Directorate of Forest and Environment. The Tourists visiting to this Island need to apply for a permit in advance with Department of Forest and Environment with a basis formalities. The Ferry tickets will be issued after obtain the Permit.

Jollybuoy Island is a Plastic Free Zone and No option of Shops / Restaurant at this Island. The Tourist need to carry Pack Lunch or snack with water bottles. Mountain Edge organising all inclusive tour (includes Ferry Tickets, Permit & Transfers) on pre-book basis.
